Case Management Service Area
Staff work with individuals and families to secure sufficient income, foster self-determination and stability and assist in obtaining and maintaining permanent housing. This area integrates the Family Case Management (including Shelter), Day2Day and Gardens case management including outreach, financial services (including payeeship), and emergency assistance.

Housing Service Area
This area is responsible for all of the facilities of the agency. This includes operation of the Shelter, Gardens apartments and King’s Crossing, maintenance and janitorial for all facilities and low income housing development.

Employment/Benefits Service Area
The Employment/Benefits area includes the employment services and the SSI Outreach services. Employment specialists assess, guide with job readiness activities and assist to obtain and retain stable employment. The partnership with Transitions and No. KY Drug Court is under this umbrella.
